About us

Helping Hands 4 Wildlife is a non-profit organization based in the beautiful region of Mpumalanga, South Africa. Our hearts beat for the protection and rehabilitation of wildlife – with a special focus on primates, particularly vervet monkeys, who make up the majority of our residents. In addition, we lovingly care for two capuchin monkeys, two serval cats, three dogs, a pot-bellied pig, a horse, geese, and cats – each one with their own story, personality, and unique needs.

Our farm is not just a place of refuge – it is a place of change and hope. Elli, originally from Germany, has been on-site for two and a half years. A few months ago, she fully took over the farm and has been leading it ever since with passion, experience, and tireless dedication.

We believe in teamwork, in compassion, and in the value of every single life. People from all over the world come together here – volunteers, supporters – united by the vision to help animals in need, to empower them, and to give them a second chance.

Our work goes beyond animal care and rehabilitation – it includes education, prevention, and building long-term perspectives for both humans and animals, in harmony with nature.

We fight for the animals. For their freedom. And for a better life – every single day.
