We’ll give you instructions over the phone so that, where possible, you can take initial steps to keep the animal calm and prevent further stress or injury.

At the same time, we’ll set off immediately for the rescue location, fully equipped for the situation at hand.

Depending on the animal’s condition, it will either receive immediate veterinary care or be transported directly to the Helping Hands for Wildlife Rehabilitation Facility, where it will be further stabilised and cared for.
